Karen Minasian-Hill
Mosaic Artist
Karen is a multi-hyphenate artist who has worked in many mediums. She has been creating mosaics for 20 years and has focused on glass mosaics for the past 10.
She is mostly self-taught but has taken intensive courses across the United States and Italy.
Her inspiration comes from the natural world, including the wild creatures like her crows Daisy and Corvo that visit her Sacramento studio.

Brian Hill
Marquetry and Woodworking
Throughout his 35-year career in finance, Brian always found time to create in his woodshop. After retirement, he became fascinated with the graphic potential and high detail of marquetry.
With training from master artisans in California and Italy, he has honed his techniques to create unique pieces inspired by XX, ancient Roman art, and the natural world.
